Beverly Capital is a Chicago-based investment firm which brings years of successful investing and operating experience to the lower middle market. We primarily focus on investments in healthcare related companies and outsourced business services companies. We focus on providing capital to companies with $1-5 million of EBITDA. We invest the personal capital of our directors and principals.

We can provide equity or mezzanine financing to support management led recapitalizations, minority growth investments or strategic acquisitions. We often co-invest with other capital firms who take advantage of our industry and operating expertise and experience.
